The European Center for Legal Education and Research – ECLER – is a non-profit association that promotes human rights and the rule of law through research, education, training, advocacy and community organizing activities. The programs and projects carried out by ECLER cover areas such as the eradication of human and migrant trafficking in Europe, including the training of specialists in this field, business ethics, cyber security, personal development, the rule of law and anti-corruption, leadership and community organization.
ECLER implemented, with CARE funding, through the SERA Romania Foundation, CARE France and FONPC, the ProUCare project, during which awareness sessions on the risks of sexual violence and human trafficking were organized in several counties in Romani, both among refugees as well as civil society representatives, training sessions on community organizing against sexual violence and human trafficking, training sessions on detecting and reporting potential cases of sexual violence and human trafficking among refugees organized for civil society representatives, professionals who work with refugees and representatives of DGASPC.
