The Bethany Social Services Foundation, one of the 31 partners of the CARE FOR UKRAINE project, coordinates a community center in Iasi for Ukrainian children and their families. Here, they offer refugees a wide range of programs and services: legal and psychological counseling, painting lessons for adults, recreational and educational workshops for children of all ages, Romanian or English language classes and physical trainings.
CARE FOR UKRAINE is a project financed by the CARE global confederation and implemented nationally by the SERA Romania Foundation, with the support of CARE France and FONPC (Federation of Non-Governmental Organizations for Children), reaching almost 150,000 people affected by the conflict. 31 NGOs from Romania and the Republic of Moldova are part of the CARE FOR UKRAINE humanitarian action.
