The PARADA Foundation is a Romanian non-governmental, apolitical, non-profit organization established in 1996. Ever since then, the purpose of the foundation has been to support homeless children, young people and families, through integrated social assistance, educational-training and socio-professional integration services, in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
PARADA organized a transit center in Isaccea, where is running non-formal education programs and leisure activities for Ukrainian children.
